Although no National Officers were able to attend, the Convention was entertained by RFC Meaghan Slater, RAA Region 11 Ron Adams, and RAA Region 15 Tom Matthews, who were more than adequate for the task. My personal thanks go to the aforementioned individuals, for their total efforts in making our Convention both informational and educational..…Our Committees were exceptional in delivering their reports ( *special accolades to Resolution & By Law Committee members Chairman Nick D’Avanzo, Rich Patton, and Greg Klopfer, and Credentials Committee Chairman Bill Shay)..All State Officers and Executive Board members played a part in the success of this convention, and should be acknowledged for their dedication and participation. The Training Classes (CDL-COLCPE COORDINATOR training, OWCP-NRP training, CSRS-FERS Retirement Seminar) proved to be first rate, and received numerous positive remarks from the attendees…
